At The Wheeler Centre, our mission has always been to create space for ideas – especially ones that disrupt, challenge or reimagine. We believe in the importance of bringing people together, not despite our differences, but because of them.
That’s why we’ve launched Writing the Change– a pilot program focused on amplifying underrepresented voices and celebrating the richness of diverse lived experiences in Australia’s literary and storytelling landscape.
By donating to The Wheeler Centre, your support will help:
- Provide a platform for underrepresented voices, ensuring a broader range of perspectives are heard.
- Develop programs that reflect the richness and diversity of thought in our community.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and intellectual exploration in public discourse.
All donations over two dollars are fully tax-deductible and will be matched dollar-for-dollar by Planet Wheeler Foundation, up to $1 million. We would like to thank our patrons, Maureen and Tony Wheeler, for their generosity.
