This AusArt Giving Day is the inaugural national giving day dedicated to celebrating the arts in Australia. Funds raised today as a part of this appeal will support our next intake of fellows for The Next Chapter program. Every dollar will be matched until we reach our goal of $5,000 – thanks to our generous patrons, Maureen and Tony Wheeler – giving you the chance to make an even greater impact.  

Our goal is to reach $5,000 this AusArts Giving Day, and by donating today, you’ll support the next generation of Australian writers by giving them the opportunity to develop their work. By making a donation to The Wheeler Centre, you are supporting the vibrant literary community in Victoria and beyond. Together, we can make meaningful and lasting impacts on Australia’s literary landscape. 

All donations over two dollars are fully tax-deductible. By giving a gift of $500 or more, you will enter our Annual Giving Program and join a community of like-minded people with a passion for books, writing and ideas.
